A new vision for the future of student living, in the heart of Leeds.

In collaboration with BlackRock, The Store House marks a shared commitment to innovation and the elevation of the student experience.

Situated in the heart of Leeds, in the thriving retail and entertainment district, The Store House seamlessly interlaces the site’s past heritage with contemporary functionality. Designed by Corstorphine & Wright Architects, the development epitomises our unique perspective on reshaping the student housing experience and vision of rejuvenating urban centres into dynamic spaces for living, learning and forging connections.

Catered to the holistic student journey

Expansive amenity spaces designed to enhance the students’ wellbeing, social interaction, and productivity.

From cutting-edge co-working and study spaces, to relaxing and recreational lounges, a wellness enclave, contemporary cinema, and private dining room with exclusive rooftop terrace – every facet reflects thoughtful design and functionality.

A resolute commitment to sustainability, both in design and operation.

The Store House will accomplish BREEAM Excellent, ensuring that the design, and materials used, have minimum impact on the environment. The operational systems and management have been designed to minimise energy wastage, by implementation of a meticulous monitoring strategy across all parts of the building.

The building is aligned to both Leeds’ and the Government’s Net Zero Carbon targets and is also part of an Article 8 Fund, which scrutinises performance against specific environmental, social and governance-related indicators.
